Kanal2: Hit Me Up

Synopsis:
This is a high-spirited balloon-keeping game. In this athletic special, top athletes and well-known entertainers faced off to hunt for the championship trophy. Competing against each other in various matches were Erki Nool, Marta-Lotta Kukk, Kristel Aaslaid, Jaagup Tuisk, Juss Haasma, Greta Korju, Liis Kiviloo, and Juuso Roihu. The game was coordinated by host Rahel Ollisaar, with referee Steffi Pähn ensuring rules were followed.

Two competitors are placed in the playing area, where they must take turns striking a balloon with their hands to keep it in the air for as long as possible. There are 8 individual players in total (4 top athletes + 4 entertainers). Four pairs are drawn for the PRELIMINARIES. The winners advance to the SEMI-FINALS, and the final 2 winners go head-to-head in the FINALS. Each match features a unique additional challenge, revealed right before the game by opening a dramatic surprise box. The game is coordinated by the host, rules are enforced by the referee, and of course, a humorous sports commentator is also part of the action.

Produced as the 3rd-semester exam project for the "Studio Show" course by Television Master's students (supervised by Kaupo Karelson), "Hit Me Up" was broadcast on Kanal 2 on May 26th.
