Seiklushunt: Vägilase Jooks 2021

I filmed all the races throughout the entire season, creating a recap video for each stage.

This year, I decided to experiment more than usual with visual effects.

For the Narva stage video, I altered the color palette of many shots. For example, I digitally turned green tree leaves pink or orange, and in one scene, I changed the water to a reddish hue.

The inspiration for the Tallinn stage video was the movie Sin City. I turned almost the entire image black and white, leaving only the people's skin tones in their natural color. Since the dynamic range of the camera I used at the time was limited and editing every frame manually would have been incredibly time-consuming, the final result didn't quite achieve the exact quality I had hoped for.

The Lähte stage was filmed entirely at 100 frames per second. This made it possible to emphasize details that go unnoticed at normal speed, making the video significantly more dramatic.

Additionally, the use of music ties all the videos together into a cohesive whole. If you watch the videos back-to-back, you can notice that the music for the next video already starts softly playing at the end of the previous one.
